Charity Stream Scam
August 27th, 2022
Nicole State had a charity live stream for the DYRK1A Foundation. She claimed she would send the proceeds to the foundation. As of September 29th, the foundation had not received the money. A phone call was made the foundation to verify. Nicole claimed she sent TWO CHECKS via the mail, both without tracking numbers, and that they both got lost. A video on YouTube was made calling her out, along with the recorded phone call from the foundation. The money was sent IMMEDIATELY THROUGH PAYPAL AFTER SHE WAS PUBLICLY CALLED OUT.
Mystery Box Scams
On January 27th, 2023, Nicole had a live show where she sold mystery
boxes... that didn't exist yet. One of the boxes sold for $500.
She used the money from the show to buy the
inventory of the mystery boxes and she
revealed the contents of each mystery box
THREE DAYS LATER,
on January 30th.
Those are the rules she BLATANTLY disobeyed and got away with it.
Trying to profit off a celebrity's suicide
Sold for $15 then relisted for $99 after finding out about suicide.
